Blackstone Place marks the beginning of GreenSlate's story, the firm's first completed development project and the catalyst for what would become the Blackstone District. The adaptive reuse project brought seven residential units above ground-floor retail, anchoring the corner with three of the neighborhood's earliest and most beloved tenants: Mula, Archetype Coffee, and Scriptown Brewing. What started here grew into an entire district.
