Blackstone Union was developed simultaneously with Blackstone Station, together representing GreenSlate's first foray into ground-up new construction. Situated just off the UNMC campus, the building delivers 39 apartment units ideally positioned for healthcare professionals and students at Nebraska's largest medical center. Blackstone Union reinforced GreenSlate's conviction that the neighborhood could support meaningful new residential density.
