Farnam Hill Lofts is the adaptive reuse of two historic buildings along Omaha's former "Auto Row" — the Drummond Motor Company and Firestone Tire and Rubber Company — thoughtfully converted into a mixed-use development that honors their industrial heritage. The project delivers 20 residential apartments, ground-floor retail space, and 20,000 square feet of office space, bringing new life to a stretch of Farnam Street with deep roots in Omaha's commercial history.
