Shoppes at Blackstone & Townhomes is an adaptive reuse project that combines ground-floor retail with six for-rent townhomes tucked behind the building. The retail strip is home to a diverse mix of neighborhood staples — Noli's Pizzeria, Antidote Salon, Cheeseburgers, and Supergroovy's — while the townhomes add a unique residential typology to the Blackstone District's growing housing options.
